ABOUT THE APP

ScarsAI is a website that utilizes a convolutional neural network to classify images of moles into either benign or malignant skin cancer. The neural network was trained on the processed skin cancer pictures from the ISIC archive.

To use ScarsAI, users simply upload an image of their mole to the website and wait for the analysis results. Within seconds, the system will provide a classification result indicating whether the mole is likely to be benign or malignant. Because of the limited resources and data, the model is not guaranteed to be perfecly accurate. It is advised to not take the model's diagnosis too seriously.
You can find the github for the project here.
